Marna Cosmetics has established the state-of-the-art facilities which meet the GMP standard (Good Manufacturing Practice, a standard for production and quality management of pharmaceutical products in Japan) to be able to manufacture a wide variety of products in small quantities.
The production lines are equipped with our unique vacuum emulsifying machines and manufacturing machines, which enables us to provide highly safe products under the thorough and speedy production control.

Following the main plant at the headquarters and Chiba Yachimata plant, Fujisawa plant has been newly established in Kurikoma Highland in Iwate Prefecture. With the production structure decentralized, we can supply our products stably without causing any trouble for our customers even under an emergency situation. The main plant has been built with "seismic isolation structure" which enables the building to endure in an earthquake as strong as the Great Kanto Earthquake, which reduces risks of line stop and ensures the safe and stable production control.

Three plant structure to enable risk management at manufacturing

In addition to the Pharmaceutical Law, Product Liability Law and GMP, Marna has obtained ISO 9001, the 21th century's worldwide standard for quality control and quality assurance. Not only the materials of bottles and packaging, detailed tests and inspections are implemented at each process in manufacturing.
Under the thorough management system, such as the final quality check of all the products being strictly implemented at the main plant at headquarters, we make sure that the end users are provided with the finest products.
